The duration of all League and Cup Games will be as follows:
Under 12 2 x 35 minutes
Under 13 to 14 2 x 40 minutes
Under 15 to 18 2 x 45 minutes
The half time intervals shall be 5 minutes.

OYSL
2010 REFEREE FEES
Referee Fees for all League Games will be as follows:
Ages 14, 15, 16: Middle - $50.00, Lines - $35.00, Total - $120.00
Ages 17, 18: Middle - $60.00, Lines - $35.00, Total - $130.00
The home team is responsible to collect half the game fee from the visiting team, and present the total game fee to the referee before the start of the game.
Referee Reimbursement Procedure for Cancelled OYSL Games.
Referee fees for cancelled games.
No game fee or part there of, will be paid to the referee at the field if before the start of the game: The field is declared unplayable. (Referee discretion only).
The field has been closed by the town.
The referee was given “adequate notice” of the game cancellation. Adequate notice to be determined by the League Executive.
One or both teams do not show up after the grace period.
One or both teams have less than seven players.
In any one case (or a combination) of the above, the referee shall:
Collect and complete the games sheet(s), giving a short written report explaining why the game did not take place.
The referee and assistant(s) who were present at the field shall print their name, OSA registration number and signature on the game sheet(s).
A copy of the completed and signed game sheet will be given to the teams(s) staff present.
The referee must forward the original (signed) game sheet(s), within 24 hours to the OYSL office.
Referees and assistants who follow this procedure will be reimbursed half the game fee by the League after a review by the League Executive.
Any other concerns by either party should be reported to the League.
