The Ontario Soccer Referees' Association (OSRA) is a provincial assocation that works towards improving the standard and welfare of soccer referees.

The new OSRA is organized as a Membership Organisation, which local referee associations can belong. Most members of the Toronto Branch live in or near the old City of Toronto. There are also Branches in Scarborough, North York, Mississauga, York Region, and beyond.  All senior referees in Toronto belong to the Toronto Branch. Our members come from all over the world and have a variety of refereeing experience, from beginning referees all the way up to National and International referees. We are united by our love of the game of soccer.

The Toronto Branch provides many opportunities throughout the year for referees to meet their colleagues. We hold a general meeting in May and November, as well as weekly education sessions from January to May.
